Online e-admission process will start in colleges

 from August 5



Guidelines issued by Higher Education Department

Keeping in mind the prevention of corona infection in the state, the Higher Education Department has issued guidelines for admission of students in colleges. Online e-entry facility has been provided by the department under the direction of Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The admission process will start from August 5. In the same way, online applications can be applied for counseling for B.Ed.

The data for the qualifying examination for admission in the first year of graduation under online e-admission will be verified through the MP online portal. Applicants verified online through the portal of MP Online will not be required to go to colleges for verification or admission. Applicants will be able to pay the entrance fee for admission to the allotted college using online digital options through the e-admissions portal.At the time of online admission, 50 percent entry fee will have to be paid. It will be compulsory to deposit the remaining fee in two installments on digital basis when the study is conducted.

In case of undergraduate final year examination results are not declared for admission to postgraduate classes, the percentage of marks obtained for first and second year for provisional admission will have to be registered at the time of online registration. In the government, non-government and aided colleges, there will be centralized online admission for the session 2020-21 in the first year and postgraduate first semester.

महाविद्यालयों में 5 अगस्त से प्रारंभ होगी ऑनलाइन ई-प्रवेश प्रक्रिया

उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा दिशा-निर्देश जारी 

 

प्रदेश में कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव को ध्यान में रखते हुए उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा महाविद्यालयों में छात्र-छात्राओं को प्रवेश देने के लिए दिशा निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ मोहन यादव के निर्देशन में विभाग द्वारा ऑनलाइन ई-प्रवेश की सुविधा प्रदान की गई है। प्रवेश प्रक्रिया 5 अगस्त से प्रारंभ होगी। इसी तरह बीएड की काउंसलिंग हेतु 4 अगस्त से ऑनलाइन आवेदन किये जा सकते हैं।

‌ऑनलाइन ई-प्रवेश के तहत स्नातक प्रथम वर्ष में प्रवेश हेतु अर्हताकारी परीक्षा का डाटा एमपी ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से सत्यापित किया जाएगा। एमपी ऑनलाइन के पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन सत्यापित आवेदकों को सत्यापन या प्रवेश के लिए महाविद्यालयों में जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। आवेदक आवंटित महाविद्यालय में प्रवेश हेतु प्रवेश शुल्क का भुगतान ई-प्रवेश पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन डिजिटल विकल्पों का उपयोग करते हुए कर सकेंगे। ऑनलाइन प्रवेश के समय 50 प्रतिशत प्रवेश शुल्क ही देना होगा। शेष शुल्क दो किश्तों में संबंधित महाविद्यालय में अध्ययन के किए उपस्थित होने पर डिजिटल माध्यम से जमा कराना अनिवार्य होगा।

‌स्नातकोत्तर कक्षाओं में प्रवेश हेतु स्नातक अंतिम वर्ष के परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित न होने की स्थिति में प्रावधिक प्रवेश हेतु प्रथम एवं द्वितीय वर्ष के प्राप्त अंकों का प्रतिशत ऑनलाइन पंजीयन के समय दर्ज करना होगा। शासकीय, अशासकीय एवं अनुदान प्राप्त महाविद्यालयों में स्नातक प्रथम वर्ष तथा स्नातकोत्तर प्रथम सेमेस्टर में सत्र 2020-21 हेतु केंद्रीकृत ऑनलाइन प्रवेश की व्यवस्था होगी।
