भारतीय सरकार की ओर से जारी विज्ञप्ति में कहीं भी चीन का जिक्र नहीं है मगर जिन ऐप्स को बंद किया गया है उनमे से ज्यादातर ऐप्स या तो चीन में स्वामित्व चीनी कंपनी के पास है |
इन ऐप्स टिकटॉक, यूसी ब्राउजर, और शेयरइट जैसे ऐप शामिल है जो की भारत में काफी इस्तमाल होते हैं |
अभी ही क्यों लिया ये फैसला :-
भारत सरकार ने यह समय लिया पूर्वी लद्दाख की गलवान घाटी में सैनिकों के साथ हिंसक झड़प में 20 भारतीय सैनिकों की जान जाने के बाद सामान, सॉफ्टवेयर और ऐप्स आदि का बहिष्कार करने की आवाज़ उठ है |
और अब सरकार ने जनता की आवाज़ का साथ दिया और इन सब चीनी एप्स को प्रतिबन्ध करने का फैसला किया ये फैसला बहुत ही सराहनीय है |
क्या नुकसान है इन ऐप्स से :-
भारतीय इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और आईटी मंत्रालय के मुताबिक , इन ऐप्स को भारत की संप्रभुता एवं एकता, सुरक्षा और व्यवस्था के लिए नुकसानदेह होने प्रतिबन्ध किया गया है | भारतीय इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और आईटी मंत्रालय के अनुसार आईटी एक्ट सेक्शन 69A के तहत यह कदम उठाया गया है | यह भी है की " भारत के करोङो मोबाइल और इंटरनेट यूजर्स के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिया गया फैसला है ताकि इंडिया साइबरस्पेस की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके |
क्या सब चीनी ऐप्स अपने आप मोबाइल से हट जायेंगे :-
जी नहीं ! जिन लोगो के मोबिल पर ुए ऐप्स इंस्टॉल्ड है , वे तब तक मौजूद रहेंगे जब वे उन्हें खुद नहीं हटाएंगे | हालांकि ऐप स्टोर से हट जाने अपने स्मार्टफोन में इंस्टाल किये गए ऐप्स को अपडेट नहीं कर सकेंगे |

Indian government shut down 59 Chinese smartphone applications completely
There is no mention of China anywhere in the release issued by the Indian government, but most of the apps which have been closed are either owned by Chinese company in China.
These apps include apps such as TicketLock, UC Browser, and ShareIt, which are used extensively in India.
Why took this decision now ?
The Government of India took this time to voice boycott of goods, software and apps etc. after the death of 20 Indian soldiers in a violent clash with soldiers in Galvan Valley of East Ladakh.
And now the government supported the voice of the people and decided to ban all these Chinese apps, this decision is very commendable.
What is the harm with these apps :-
According to the Indian Ministry of Electronic and IT, these apps have been banned from being harmful to India's sovereignty and unity, security and order. According to Indian Ministry of Electronic and IT, this step has been taken under IT Act section 69A. It is also that "the decision has been taken keeping in mind the interests of millions of mobile and internet users in India to ensure the security of India cyberspace".
Will all Chinese apps be automatically removed from mobile :-
No! People who have apps installed on the mobile will be present until they do not remove them themselves. However, you will not be able to update the apps installed in your smartphone by leaving the App Store.
